All online orders are subject to stock availability. At Mi Oud & Perfumes, we constantly strive to keep all your favorite fragrances in stock. However, due to external supply chain challenges, certain products may occasionally be marked as "Out of Stock." We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly encourage you to check back later or contact our support team directly to be notified as soon as the item becomes available.
When Do We Ship and Deliver?
Upon receiving your order, we prioritize preparing and dispatching it as quickly as possible. We offer two convenient delivery options within the UAE:

Same-Day Delivery: For urgent orders that require our highest priority.

Standard Delivery: Takes a maximum of 2 to 3 business days to arrive right at your doorstep.
Note: If an order is placed during weekends or official public holidays in the UAE, dispatch will take place on the very first following business day. Our team works diligently to ensure your luxury purchases arrive on time.
Where Do We Ship and Deliver?
Currently, delivery services offered through our website are strictly limited to local regions within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees
Delivery charges depend on the selected service type and your total order value:

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary, timely delivery on all orders of AED 500 or more.

Standard Delivery Fee (2-3 Days): AED 18 (Inclusive of VAT).

Same-Day Delivery Fee: AED 30 (Inclusive of VAT).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees
The Cash on Delivery option is available for orders within the UAE. Please note that the COD fee is an administrative handling fee charged by the courier, not a shipping fee. This fee is applied to ensure the best possible service when handling cash payments upon delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods
We highly encourage secure online payments via credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard). Additionally, we provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for the majority of products available on our store.
How Do Returns Work?
We are happy to accept returns if a product is received damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was delivered. We commit to processing refunds for eligible purchases within 7 days.
For successfully delivered orders where a customer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind (with no product defect), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize and guarantee a full refund. Refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, while refunds issued via store credit/e-wallet are processed much faster.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can easily cancel your order directly through your account dashboard on our website before the product has been shipped. If you experience any difficulties while attempting to cancel, please contact our customer support team for immediate assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is finalized and dispatched, you will receive an SMS or an email containing a dedicated tracking link. This allows you to monitor your shipment's real-time status from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.
Changing Your Delivery Address
We are more than happy to update your delivery address, provided you notify our support team before the shipment leaves our distribution center.
